Our Durham clinic is based at the Northern Integrative Health Practice on Durham Road in Pity Me, a short drive from the city centre. It is a calm, professionally run environment designed to make the first step into therapy as straightforward as possible.
From here our practitioners offer a range of talking therapies including CBT, EMDR, and compassion-focused work, alongside specialist assessments. If travelling is difficult on a particular week, online sessions are available so your care can continue wherever you are.
