About the clinic

A welcoming space in the centre of Darlington.

Our Darlington clinic is based at Pilates and Beyond on Grange Road, a convenient and easily accessible location with good transport links. If you're thinking about starting therapy, taking the first step is often the hardest. Finding the right support shouldn't be. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression or relationship difficulties, our Pathway Team will take the time to understand what you're going through and match you with a psychologist or therapist whose experience and approach best fit your needs.

Our practitioners include clinical and counselling psychologists alongside specialists in CBT, EMDR, ACT and psychodynamic therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on connecting you with the type of therapy that's most appropriate for what you're experiencing.

Getting started is simple. There's no GP referral or NHS waiting list, and many private health insurers are accepted. We support people across Teesside, including Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Ingleby Barwick, Redcar, Guisborough, Hartlepool and the surrounding areas, with appointments available in person or online.
