About the clinic

A welcoming space in the centre of Darlington.

Our Darlington clinic is based at Alton House on Grange Road, a central and easily accessible location with good transport links. The Origins Coffee Lounge operates downstairs, so if you arrive a little early there is somewhere comfortable to wait.

From here our practitioners offer CBT, EMDR, ACT, and compassion-focused therapy, alongside specialist assessments for adults and children. Whatever brings you to therapy, the Pathway Team will match you to the right person.

Online sessions are available for weeks when travelling in is not practical.
