About Jade

I’m Jade, a Clinical Psychologist working with adults both in person and online. My aim is for you to feel heard, seen, understood so you are free to live your life in whatever way feels meaningful to you.

I have extensive experience supporting people with emotional and psychological stress, the kind that leaves us feeling stuck despite our best efforts to take action and move forward. This stress may involve relationships, grief, substance use, adjusting to change, health challenges, trauma, identity struggles, workplace issues, or other personal concerns.

I work with adults at all stages of well-being: from those overwhelmed day to day, to those navigating a specific issue, to those “doing okay” but feel something is missing.

You bring valuable insight from your lived experience, and together we will build on that. Therapy is not something I do to you or for you, but with you, through a relationship grounded in trust, compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and flexible therapeutic space, and sometimes there is even room for a shared laugh. I take a personalised, integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies to tailor support that fits your unique needs and helps you feel empowered.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, whether you know exactly what you need, feel unsure where to begin, or are somewhere in between. Together, we will find a pace and style that works for you.
