Are you in need of urgent support?

At Select Psychology, we don’t offer a crisis contact service. If you feel you are in a life-threatening situation or cannot keep yourself safe, there are a number of options for you:

  • Call the NHS on 111, or if you are hurt or know someone who is hurt call 999.
  • You can go into any A & E to speak with a mental health professional.
  • Contact your GP and ask for an urgent appointment with the first doctor available.
