HELPFUL THINGS TO KNOW
How do people with autism think?
- Black and white thinking
- Catastrophising
- Jumping to conclusions
If you feel these are some things you do it is helpful to slow down your thinking and ask yourself:
- Is there another way to look at this?
- Have you got all the information?
- Are you perhaps looking at things from a negative perspective?
