Many people spend hundreds and thousands of pounds on wasted gym memberships, diet clubs, pills and apps to try and lose weight.
Unfortunately, a high percentage of these people fail: they either don’t lose the weight or if they do lose it, they end up putting it back on, and in many cases more.

The session will help you understand the psychology behind your behaviour and your relationship with food. You will be able to identify the vicious cycle you are stuck in and to see how you can work towards a long term and life changing approach to reaching a healthy weight.
