What is Psychosexual Therapy?

Psychosexual Therapy is a form of therapy that addresses a wide range of sexual problems.  It is suitable for individuals and couples.  Psychosexual Therapy offers clients the opportunity to talk about their sexual issues, explore the underlying psychological reasons and work to address the issues through exercises carried out at home. The therapist will carry out a detailed assessment and design an individual treatment plan for each client/couple.  Clients will return to see the therapist at intervals to discuss progress and to address any blocks that might occur.
